Norway road trip part 1 of 3 :)

So, as previous posts, I was wandering about in the Norway summer for the first half of July.

This trip was all rainbows, waterfalls, mountains, crazy goats, yummy food, icecream and warmth!

The weather for this road trip was sooo nice and warm, like a good and proper summer day! We started off the tripping to see close by glaciers though first we hit a massive waterfall pit-stop XD We wandered about, took some photos and got ourselves some boat icecream! 🙂

Back in the car and continued to the glaciers up a mountain top… which wasn’t all that spectacular. Anyways, the drive up to see a glacier with a skifield got me real nervous. I didn’t get a photo of the narrow narrrrow road – it just looked like a foot path! – that is in fact a 2 way road, as well as no markers on the side of the road telling you that you will be driving off a cliff if you do not turn right soon… .0. This just looks like snow .-. XD We did venture a bit more, played with snowballs, ate some pizza and enjoyed the snow caps on a summer day and great relief when Mr E drove out from all the narrow narrow winding road.

IF no one told me that this is a skifield sitting on a glacier… i would of assumed it was nothing special.

Crossed a few waterbodies via ferries:

Then we eventually arrived at our sleep over destination Undredal 🙂 Undredal fjord is one of the deepest in Norway, around 800m deep so I have been told~ Dinner was Goat steak (never had that before) and mushroom soup by the water … what a life!

It had been one long drive with lots of pit stops. I saw so much nature and had lots of yummy foodage along the way 🙂 I think there was a bag of chips that I was happily chomping on during the car ride XD

Stay tuned for the Flam to Myrdal post soon 🙂
